Scavenger of the Forge Floor
A scrappy, soot-covered rodent with glowing ember eyes, scrounging through forge ash. Minimal armor, just rags.
In the deepest shadows beneath the great forges, where ash drifts like grey snow and the heat is just enough to survive, the Cinder Rats make their home. They are the lowest creatures of the forge world, scrounging for scraps of cooling metal, gnawing on discarded rivets, and hiding from the boots of greater beings.
But do not mistake their lowliness for weakness. The Cinder Rat is a survivor. While forge-gods and master smiths war over cosmic anvils, the Cinder Rat endures. It learns. It watches. Its glowing ember eyes miss nothing, every technique, every hammer stroke, every secret whispered between the flames.
Every master craftsman in the Sinister Printworks pantheon began as a Cinder Rat. The forge does not care about your past. It only cares about what you are willing to become.
